Product Group Manager - Digital Storefront

Our mobile app is a multi-year winner of the JD Power award for customer satisfaction. The Digital Product Group Manager will help drive continued digital leadership by leading the development and implementation of strategic direction for a segment of our digital portfolio. In this role you will define product visions, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of innovative, customer-focused digital solutions that align with Huntington’s business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and iteration sequencing for the digital product group.
  • Collaborate with business partners and senior leadership to align digital product initiatives with company strategy and objectives.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of digital products, from ideation and development to launch on ongoing optimization.
  • Deeply understand customer needs to develop product solution hypotheses and prioritize features and enhancements.
  • Lead the development of business cases in partnership with analytics, business, and finance partners.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
  • Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals and progress.
  • Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technology, and competitor products to drive innovation.
  • Identify new opportunities for product differentiation and expansion.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree
  • Experience with and a strong understanding of consumer lending, overdraft income management or credit risk
  • Proven analytical ability (data mining/manipulation, forecasting)
  • Must have the appropriate financial management experience and analytical capability to translate hard data into strategic plans
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and execute flawlessly
  • Experience in project planning and management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Candid and concise communication skills
  • Excellent executive-level presentation skills
  • Must be savvy and passionate about driving results and innovation
