Full-Time Conversion Intern Program

Huntington offers paid summer internship opportunities in many of our business areas, including Capital Markets, Commercial Banking, Consumer and Regional Banking, Corporate Banking, Data, Finance & Strategy, HR, IT, Operations, Risk Management, and more. Most of Huntington’s internship positions are posted in late Summer/early Fall with a goal to fill the positions before the end of the calendar year. Some business areas, including Corporate Banking and Capital Markets, may post and fill internship opportunities earlier (in the spring).
Huntington Analyst Programs
Corporate and Investment Banking Analyst Program
Designed for high-performing recent graduates, this immersive experience offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to Corporate, Specialty & Government Banking, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking— providing a solid foundation in the world of institutional finance.
Program Structure
The Analyst journey begins with a seven-week intensive training program, offering technical and professional skills needed to thrive. Through expert-led sessions in accounting, financial modeling, and/or credit analysis, along with exclusive networking opportunities with senior leaders and peers, Analysts will be prepared to make an immediate impact.
The Corporate and Investment Banking Analyst Program is typically two to three years in length. With successful completion of the Program, Analysts may have the opportunity to be promoted to the Associate level.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree - focus in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other analytical coursework strongly preferred.
- FINRA licensing as required for job division. SIE license is typically obtained before start date. Additional licenses could include one or a combination of Series 7, Series 79, Series 52 or Series 63 and will be obtained shortly after start date.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong quantitative and critical thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities and/or work experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
Finance Rotation Analyst Program
The Finance Rotation Program is designed to accelerate the career growth of emerging finance professionals. Over the course of 24 months, participants gain exposure to various areas of finance, developing a well-rounded skill set and building a strong foundation for long-term success.
Program Structure
- Duration: 24 months, divided into three 8-month rotations.
- Rotations: Participants rotate through key areas such as Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, and Treasury.
- Mentorship: From day one, each participant is paired with a mentor within the finance segment, offering guidance and support throughout the program.

Eligibility
To apply, candidates must have graduated within 18 months prior to the program start date and demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing a career in finance.
