Huntington Internship Program

Are you an ambitious student who’s looking to gain valuable hands-on experience that will build your resume and expand your career possibilities after graduation? Our 12-week paid summer internship program is structured to give students ranging from rising sophomores to postgraduates a unique experience tailored to your level of education. Internships address numerous areas of our business, including Finance, Audit, Risk, IT, Analytics, Operations, and more. If accepted, you’ll be a valued member of the team and experience:

  • Meaningful job-specific projects
  • Formal and informal events with Huntington leaders, including the Executive Leadership Team and CEO
  • Volunteer opportunities within local communities
  • Ability to learn about multiple aspects of the bank
  • Huntington-specific trainings and lunch-and-learns with industry experts

  • Shadowing opportunities to explore areas outside of your internship focus

Huntington posts intern positions in late Summer/early Fall with a goal to fill the positions by the end of the calendar year.

Huntington Rotation Programs

Finance Rotation Analyst Program

The Finance Rotation Program is designed to accelerate the career growth of emerging finance professionals. Over the course of 24 months, participants gain exposure to various areas of finance, developing a well-rounded skill set and building a strong foundation for long-term success.

Program Structure

  • Duration: 24 months, divided into three 8-month rotations.
  • Rotations: Participants rotate through key areas such as Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, and Treasury.
  • Mentorship: From day one, each participant is paired with a mentor within the finance segment, offering guidance and support throughout the program.

Eligibility

To apply, candidates must have graduated within 18 months prior to the program start date and demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing a career in finance.
