The Senior CML Data & Insights Analyst leads the development and delivery of business insights that are key to driving the commercial bank’s goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Consults with Senior Management to develop and deliver comprehensive reporting.
• Provides critical data deliverables and analysis for commercial banking lines of business teams across all current and future systems, including Salesforce.com, internal production and billing systems.
• Leverages analytics expertise and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams within the commercial bank.
• Designs, builds and maintains Power BI Dashboards and Reports.
• Designs, builds and maintains Power Platform features (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse etc.)
• Other reporting/analytics duties as assigned (ex. special projects, strategic efforts).

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• 5+ years related experience in Data Analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years related experience in Data Analysis within a bank or similar financial institution using Power BI
• Experience applying visualization techniques to internal and external data sources to make accurate and actionable analyses in a timely fashion.
• Experience creating self-service dashboards for internal business partners to learn, understand, have access to, and derive insights from data, metrics, and KPIs.
• Experience creating Power Platform Solutions
• Ability to document, dashboard, or process function lineage through the form of job aids and/or guides.

Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
