Summary:
The Operations Team Lead position is demanding and fast paced requiring the colleague to be highly efficient in their time management, able to prioritize daily demands, communicate in an effective manner, and detailed oriented. This role assists upper management with a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact between the team and upper management with regular communication and updates.
- Provide direction and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure team members are motivated and engaged in their work.
- Train talent and develop process/materials that promote continuous improvement.
- Perform daily functions of manager when manager is on PTO.
- Assist with preparation for meetings and presentations when necessary.
- Coordinate with other departments or teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks or issues that may impact Team success.
- Plan and oversee timelines and deliverables are completed on time.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 3-5 years of minimum experience in appraisal operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Training or experience in leadership and team management
- Basic comprehension of appraisals, contracts, inspections, and other documents related to the appraisal process.
- Complete understanding of CMS/NETOX/WEBLGY and other relevant systems
