Treasury Management Sales Analyst

Description

The Treasury Management Sales Analyst leads the development and delivery of sales performance metrics that are key to driving revenue and strong results for sales expansion within the commercial bank.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Consults with the Sales Performance Manager and Senior Management to develop and deliver comprehensive reporting.
  • Provides critical data deliverables and analysis for commercial banking lines of business sales teams and sales productivity analysis across all current and future systems, including Salesforce.com, internal production and billing systems, and other systems or platforms.
  • Leverages analytics expertise and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams within the commercial bank to help measure sales activity and opportunities.
  • Designs, builds and maintains Tableau Dashboards and Reports.
  • Processes incentives and supports incentive processes.
  • Other reporting/analytics duties as assigned (ex. special projects, strategic efforts).

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years of analyst experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience applying visualization techniques to internal and external data sources to make accurate and actionable analyses in a timely fashion.
  • Experience creating self-service dashboards for internal business partners to learn, understand, have access to, and derive insights from data, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Experience processing incentive plans for a line of business/segment.
  • Ability to document, dashboard, or process function lineage through the form of job aids and/or guides.

Compensation Range:

$57,000-$113,000 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
