Summary:
We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to manage and support Debt Manager and other default/risk systems. This role is critical to ensuring system stability, operational efficiency, and successful project execution across our credit and risk platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- System Configuration & Maintenance:
Configure, maintain, and support production environments for Debt Manager and related risk systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Production Support:
Provide timely resolution for system issues, including root cause analysis and preventive measures. Support business continuity through proactive monitoring and incident response. - Project Execution & Implementation:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation reviews. - Process Automation & Optimization:
Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and configuration improvements that streamline operations and enhance efficiency. - Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with IT, vendors, reporting teams, and project managers to align system capabilities with business and regulatory requirements. - Availability & Flexibility:
Be available to support production issues, scheduled maintenance, and project-related activities during evenings or weekends as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong reporting skills
- Ability to work closely with all levels of staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a critical thinker and able to work independently or within a group
- Consistently model high levels of professional demeanor and integrity
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
