Description
Leads and directs the planning, coordination, and implementation of initiatives for the Retail Banking Segments. Collaborates directly with the Retail Leadership Team providing guidance to segment senior managers, administration, and key bank partners to provide insight/direction for execution of strategic projects and programs.
Coordinates various support partners on behalf of the segment (Marketing, Communications, etc.). Acts as segment liaison for strategic initiatives. Interacts with senior management and key stakeholders to determine segment needs.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years in Retail Banking
- 7+ years of project management
- Bachelor's Degree

- Strong motivational, negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to tell a story thru visual presentations such as powerpoint
- Critical-thinker able to quickly identify themes and patterns and connect the dots for solutions or efficiencies
- Strong leadership skills that drive results; Able to lead via influence rather than direct management
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to creatively find opportunities for improvement
- Strong communication skills; Able to manage varying personalities
- Collaborator comfortable working with a variety of leadership levels
