Regional Credit Admin Manager

Works with a staff of portfolio managers and/or regional credit administrators in the credit approval, administration, and review of activities within Corporate and Specialty Lending, with a specific focus on the Texas Middle Market segment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promotes a culture that results in an aggregate moderate-to-low risk portfolio
  • Establishes, implements, and manages administrative and reviews systems and procedures to protect the quality and profitability of the loan portfolios 
  • Manages credit structuring and negotiation strategy discussions with officer(s)/business unit(s)
  • Analyzes, underwrites and approves/disapproves credit requests within approval authority
  • Identifies potential problem credits and works with loan workout specialist to restructure credits and/or minimize risk for loss
  • Advises staff, officers and/or business units on the company's overall lending policies

Basic Qualifications:    

  • Has had prior credit approval authority within commercial lending, ideally within a Native American Financial Services business unit
  • Bachelor's Degree
