Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager -Senior to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the commercialization of our SMB and Processor payment solutions/products, ensuring successful product launches and maximizing market impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development and management, marketing, pricing, and ecosystem building. Additionally, they should have experience driving product adoption and meeting revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
- Align product roadmaps with market opportunities and customer needs to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with product management, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of Go-to-Market (GTM) plans.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify customer segments, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Define target customer cohorts and develop buyer personas to inform marketing strategies.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for product differentiation and positioning.
Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Develop and maintain a suite of marketing assets, including 30-second pitches, sell sheets, and product explainer content.
- Ensure consistent and effective communication of product value propositions across all channels.
Product Enablement:
- Create and deliver educational content to empower sales teams and drive product adoption.
- Develop sales tools and training materials to support the sales process and improve conversion rates.
- Foster strong relationships with sales segment partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Pricing and Revenue Management:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share.
- Monitor and adjust pricing based on market conditions and competitive analysis.
- Own the KPIs for assigned products, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
Ecosystem Building:
- Partner with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to enhance product offerings and market reach.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the ecosystem to drive mutual growth.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies and initiatives.
Performance Measurement and Optimization:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of GTM initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Continuously refine GTM strategies based on feedback and market dynamics.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of related experience managing payment processing solutions and platform knowledge
- 2+ years experience direct experience with Fiserv’s payment processing platforms and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience with Fiserv’s payment processing platforms and solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and commercializing products.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proven experience driving product adoption and meeting revenue targets

Compensation Range:
70,000.00 - 140,000.00The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
