Summary:
The Leadership Team Executive Administrative Assistant directly supports a Leadership Team Member and/or provide consistent, extensive board level support, along with providing support to a high level executive.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs an unlimited range of duties which are complex; provides support to an LT Member and segment.
- Answers the telephone, prepares, edits and composes advanced correspondence that is confidential and time-sensitive in nature.
- Maintains and establishes reports or files.
- Proactively provides information and resolves problems where multiple non-standard solutions are available.
- Schedules, coordinates and makes arrangements for meetings.
- Gathers data, types and consolidates reports.
- May complete special projects, and perform special tasks such as budgeting and/or variance reporting.
- Organizes or directs work flow.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Strong organization skills and detail orientation
