Description
Huntington Bank - Auto Finance segment is looking for qualified candidates for a Senior Loan Documentation Specialist.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supports the Huntington Auto Finance Business Segment consisting of thirteen regions and a syndication portfolio.
- Prepares and/or reviews commercial loan documentation in accordance with loan approval, legal requirements, regulatory statutes and Huntington policy and procedures.
- Works with the internal bank partners to ensure that all necessary due diligence requirements are meet and documents adhere to the terms and conditions of the credit approval, authorizes approval to close
- Collects and confirms all items necessary to fund loans are collected and issues wire authorization for commercial loans
- Tracks, analyzes, and maintains reporting for post-closing monitoring items such as UCC filings, insurance and collateral exceptions
- Assists in producing certain portfolio monitoring reports and may assist in other projects as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Commercial Loan Documentation and/or Commercial Loan Closing required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 1 year of paralegal experience
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
