Job Summary: As a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, the Finance Segment Liaison will be a key contributor in supporting the implementation and management of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems across our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to all related aspects of the implementation process including solution design, application build, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. With a focus on FP&A, this role involves supporting the creation of new forecasting models for margin planning, non-interest income and expense forecast as well as complementary reporting.  Additionally, this role will collaborate with team members and users to expand the utilization of our existing reporting platform. Job Responsibilities:

Finance Systems Evolution: Support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM and Workday ERP systems within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Contribute to the design and implementation of budgeting and forecasting processes within the EPM systems, including templates, workflows, and approval mechanisms, to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Documentation: Develop the process documentation to assist FP&A colleagues better understand the data flow, calculations, and outputs for each process within EPM system

User Training and Support: Assist the team in developing the training programs for finance staff on the use of EPM systems for financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making, providing ongoing support and guidance as needed.

Data Governance: Support the data governance procedures for the EPM systems, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability for financial reporting and analysis purposes.

Reporting: Partner with team members in building Power BI reports and dashboards that can be utilized by the FP&A team to support their actual and forecasting analysis.

Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders and keep management appraised of any issues.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial services.

Bachelors Degree

Preferred Qualifications

Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, financial planning and analysis processes, and related technologies, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to meet business needs.

Team Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, operations, and other departments.

Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, facilitate discussions, and build consensus among diverse teams.

Data and SQL Skills: Hands-on experience in SQL and working with business intelligence tools such as PowerBI and Tableau a plus.

Documentation: Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, issue logs, and other project artifacts.

Quality Assurance: Experience in conducting quality assurance activities, including testing, validation, to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.

Compensation Range:

$70000-$140000 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
