Brief Posting Description

Full-time position (40 hours/week). Hours will be 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday, with some flexibility required due to business needs.

In this highly visible position, we are seeking a motivated, engaging, high energy, and flexible individual that will create that positive first impression to many colleagues and guests for Huntington's Executive Suite. This position will have daily interaction with the CEO, Senior Executives of the company and their guests.

Detailed Description

Primary responsibility will be to consistently create an exceptional customer experience to both internal and external visitors to the Executive Suite via either phone or in-person by creating a welcoming, professional, and service-oriented environment.

The Director of First Impressions will help lead Executive Leadership Team off-site meeting/event planning, prepare reports for the CEO, manage meeting rooms on the executive floor, and assist the office manager in leading the team. 

This role also ensures that the facilities are ready for guests with a comfortable environment and has the required meeting needs such as water and ordering food as needed.  It also provides back-up support to the other Executive Assistants in the Executive Suite which may include: phone coverage, printing reports, maintaining and establishing files, ordering supplies, processing special payment authorizations and expense reimbursements, coordinating meeting room reservations, scheduling appointments, assisting with various travel arrangements, ordering office supplies, receiving all deliveries to the Executive Suite, and/or other general administrative and clerical support (that can successfully be completed without leaving the reception area). 

Evening work is occasionally required for bank functions, approximately 2 – 3 times per year.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of recent/relevant Senior Executive Administrative experience supporting multiple senior level executives required
  • Must be extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products - Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service skills both via the phone or in-person
  • Ability to successfully multitask in a highly visible, fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently, proactively, and to make decisions/seek other resources with minimal information
