Director - National Deposits Segment Delivery Coordinator

Description
The NDG Segment Delivery Coordinator drives results within the National Deposits Group and assists in the development and facilitates partnerships with ISV. This resource will play an integral part in the development of strategy, planning, and documentation within NDG. This position assists in accelerating the establishment of technology partnerships of various types within NDG. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, compliance, and business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Determines vertical needs, establishes priorities, plans, directs and monitors work
- Provides technical assistance in solving ISV integration
- Possesses an in-depth knowledge of and works with the technical tools available for systems used within NDG
- Maintains and demonstrates knowledge of technical industry trends, particularly as they apply to Huntington
- Evaluates processes and recommends changes to improve efficiency
- Documents processes, assist with technical writing of user guides and client facing documentation
- Performs user testing and provides feedback on improvements
- Assist in the development of client facing training
- Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of related experience managing complex work streams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting and collaborating with developers, analysts, and business staff throughout the organization
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to integrate with a high-performing team, work with partners to set and meet business service level agreement levels, and plan and deliver work to expectations
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong vendor management experience and partnering with product
- Ability to resolve issues and drive performance across multi-disciplined teams spanning different parts of the organization
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to collaborate with clients, business partners, IT partners, front-line teams, executive management, and external partners
- Goal oriented with the ability to balance strategic thinking while delivering results
- Familiarity and expertise in Agile methodologies
- Working knowledge and experience integrating and assisting in the creation of new APIs
- Proven track record of leading successful technology initiatives while also improving and transforming current processes
- Critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical ability
