Credit Card Marketing Strategist

Summary:

The Marketing Strategist will engage, activate and deepen customers with end-to-end multi-channel experiences for unique segments. The strategist will lead a cross-functional team representing design, digital, product and marketing to create customer-centered campaigns that deliver results to ultimately increase a customer’s lifetime value.  

Duties & Responsibilities:

Partner with stakeholders (product, marketing, Data & Analytics) to develop and build awareness of the marketing strategy and contribution to the business.

Develop complex business cases for new marketing strategies to include testing of offers, customer segmentation and contact strategies to maximize performance and financial return.

Collaborate with Product, Digital, and UX teams to create impactful user journeys.

Ideate on new and creative ways to strategically move the business forward.

Execute marketing journeys and campaigns across all CRM channels (including email, in-app, in-browser, and SMS). This includes partnering with delivery manager and creative agency to develop materials that will resonate with customers, deliver the Huntington brand and drive business impact.

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in credit card marketing
  • Experience working closely with the insights team to design and execute learning plans that draw clear and compelling outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with the analytics team to understand the return on marketing investment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of marketing automation best practices, lead scoring, and list segmentation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Compensation Range:

130,000-150,000

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
