Wealth Development and Business Enablement Director

Summary:

Managing a team to direct design of all Wealth Training and development programs and initiatives including Mass Affluent Academy, Licensed Banker training, Sales enablement training. Plays an instrumental role in the wealth advisors' overall development initiatives and is responsible for aligning HNB training strategies with the Wealth training and development Priorities. Develops in coordination with the Wealth lines of business the bank's overall training strategy to cover entry-level, mid-level and advanced training. Partners with Wealth Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support business strategy and learning. Responsible for the integration of the training content and programs into Workday Learning. Establishes and then chairs the Wealth Development Governance Council partnering with the Mass Affluent and Private Bank segment leadership to create development strategy for the business segments. Manages training budget needs, hires and works with HR and outside vendor to direct work design and deliver solutions.  Has ability to communicate strategy and approach through presentations to executive leadership. Creates and maintains a career development/continuing education program for new colleagues, mid-career advisors with experience from other organizations and existing Wealth colleagues with established goals to ensure adoption of the Wealth sales and service client strategy. Oversees the development of both investment and lending/deposit related content for the onboarding of new colleagues. Responsible for developing and maintaining Wealth Playbook and translating CRB strategy into executable results to build best in class sales team, tools and execution strategy enabling the Wealth organization to achieve business growth goals in a predictable and effective manner. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 years of financial services business experience
