Enterprise Marketing Strategist

The Enterprise Marketing Strategist will play a key role in shaping Huntington’s marketing efforts for strategic initiatives leading to business growth and expansion. They will develop and implement marketing plans to drive business through new initiatives that meet strategic needs of Huntington and impact multiple lines of business.

What you’ll do:

They will lead a cross-functional team to understand business goals, build marketing plans to achieve those goals, implement, then measure and scale.

  • Build new initiatives from the ground up by understanding business goals, market trends, consumer behavior and the company’s strategic direction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams from Product, Data & Analytics, Marketing, and Digital to create and execute marketing plans.
  • Build the go-to-market approach to ensure seamless customer experiences while driving business results and building brand awareness.
  • Develop customer segmentation, targeting, and contact strategies to maximize the performance of key segments.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to build awareness of the marketing strategy and contribution to the business.
  • Develop complex business cases for new marketing strategies to include testing and financial return.
  • Translate ideas into action to achieve desired outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing
  • Experience working closely with the insights team to design and execute learning plans that draw clear and compelling outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with the analytics team to understand the return on marketing investment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of marketing automation best practices, lead scoring, and list segmentation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience:
