Employee Relations Manager - Sales Practices

Description

Summary:

Manage employee relations matters and investigations concerning sales practice activity. Investigate sales practice complaints that come to the team via the Sales Practices Monitoring Team, Ethics Line, Managers, Colleagues, Customer Advocacy Team, or any other group. Manage Case Managers aligned to practice area to ensure consistency in guidance, documentation and corrective action. Work with stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment in practice area support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage team of CMs assigned to practice area. 
  • Drive consistency in processes and guidance to ensure outcomes are aligned across the team.
  • Ensure cases are closed timely with appropriate supporting documentation.
  • Work with stakeholders and partners to effectively manage communications and knowledge sharing to support line of business. 
  • Manage changes in process and identify areas of improvement.
  • Identify trends in practice area and develop enhanced reporting.
  • Special projects to support team goals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of ER experience plus investigations
