Consumer Bank Program Specialist

Summary:

The Consumer Bank Program Specialist manages the program support for assigned Consumer Regional Bank (CRB) programs such as CRB Career Pathing, Heart of Huntington, GrowYou, and additional like programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate and contribute to the development of Consumer & Regional Bank programs
  • Assist with the execution of programs and program events along with tracking and reporting the results
  • Create high quality content and communications (written, visual, verbal) that clearly convey program information and ensure colleague engagement
  • Both lead and assist with facilitating, presenting, and training on conference calls and/or at in person events
  • Lead specific projects and/or programs as assigned
  • Act as a resource to CRB colleagues and CRB leadership on specific programs
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with partners, leaders, and field colleagues to improve cross-segment communication, collaboration and help segments achieve their goals
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience coordinating programs, events, workshops, and/or conferences
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Curriculum design, development, and delivery experience
  • Previous project/program management experience
  • Superior communication and presentation skills and confident presenting to all levels and running meetings/training sessions
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated project/program management skills
  • Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and drive results
