Summary:
This position is responsible for the design, development, and marketing of growth initiatives for one or more business lines including the small business mass book and prospects. Develops and implements sales strategies, products, marketing campaigns and sales aids, to maximize profitability, meet customer needs and improve the delivery effectiveness of the assigned HBI business segment. Works to analyze segment needs and solve problems of the customer and colleague segment through policy, procedure, people, and technology changes. Drives the Digital Strategy and Value Exchange Coordination and Prioritization for Small Business. Coordinates business plan creation, work orders, and execution. Works with business units, including regional management, to implement initiatives. Attends regional meetings. Evaluates strategy effectiveness and recommends changes in overall direction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for segment strategy and product development to drive mass small business customer deepening and attract PBR prospects as well as driving and implementing OCR strategies for one or more business lines in collaboration with the mass Small Business segment
- Aligns small business lending sales and service goals, plans, and scorecards to ensure support of strategic initiatives and cross sell opportunities.
- Directs and guides small business lending colleague training initiatives and content.
- Leads PSRA review and presentation for applicable sales strategies and initiatives in collaboration with Legal, Risk, and Compliance partners.
- Interacts with senior management and key stakeholders to determine segment information needs and lead a centralized team that develops flexible, informative reports and tools to support reporting needs within multiple business lines in the mass small business segment.
- Ensures business intelligence from across the organization is smoothly integrated across roles and departments.
- Responsible for recruiting, training, and ensuring consistent procedures for the mass small business product and program changes and for the management of colleagues supporting this work including transformation consultants, program managers, and business analysts.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 12+ years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior People/Program Management
