Position Overview

Huntington Bank is seeking Digital Strategy Manager to join our Digital Strategy team. This position is ideal for a financial strategist who can connect product strategy to business cases and measurable outcomes that align with Huntington’s strategic objectives.  You will work closely with leaders across the organization to advance Huntington’s digital transformation and future as a digital banking leader.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with colleagues across data & analytics and product management to ensure each digital initiative is tied to tangible business value and that strategic decisions are grounded in evidence and can be tracked for effectiveness, enabling continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive inventory of robust business cases to support digital initiatives and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support the development of long-term digital roadmaps, including prioritization of projects based on business impact and feasibility.
  • Create compelling executive-level presentations that articulate strategic insights, roadmaps, and business cases in a clear, persuasive manner.
  • Utilize an understanding of current trends in digital banking, fintech, and new technologies to offer forward-thinking guidance on possible uses for Huntington.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, e-commerce, banking, or a similar advisory role within financial services, or tech-driven industries.
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to think strategically with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a collaborative team environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels through verbal, written, and visual presentations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing sophisticated financial models and business cases.
  • Expertise in building professional, high-impact PowerPoint presentations that convey complex ideas simply and effectively.

Compensation Range:

93,000.00 - 189,000.00 USD Annual

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
