Position Overview

Huntington Bank is seeking a Digital Strategy Analyst to join our Digital Strategy team. In this role, you will support cross-functional teams on digital initiatives that drive business growth, enhance customer experiences, and optimize operational efficiency. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at synthesizing complex ideas into actionable recommendations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with leaders across the organization to advance Huntington’s digital transformation and future as a digital banking leader.
• Collaborate with colleagues across data & analytics, product management, and design to synthesize and interpret quantitative and qualitative insights, stakeholder feedback, and competitive benchmarking to inform digital strategy recommendations.
• Create compelling executive-level presentations that articulate strategic insights, roadmaps, and business cases in a clear, persuasive manner.
• Utilize an understanding of current trends in digital banking, fintech, and new technologies to offer forward-thinking guidance on possible uses for Huntington.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, e-commerce, banking, or a similar advisory role within financial services, or tech-driven industries.
• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven ability to think strategically with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a collaborative team environment.
• Expertise in building professional, high-impact PowerPoint presentations that convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
• Familiarity with digital trends in banking, such as mobile apps, online platforms, and customer-centric innovations.

Compensation Range:

Total Base Pay Range 70,000.00 - 140,000.00 USD Annual

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
