Summary:
As a Product Manager within the Digital Assets Group, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of Huntington’s Digital Assets strategy. You will collaborate across the Huntington Enterprise to identify and evaluate new business opportunities for digital assets and provide financial analysis and detailed business cases to support these initiatives. This position is focused on driving innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric solutions in the rapidly evolving world of crypto, blockchain, and stablecoins.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Group Product Manager and cross-functional teams to execute the digital assets product strategy, including crypto custody, blockchain-based payments, and stablecoin integration.
  • Work across Huntington’s lines of business and functional areas to proactively identify, assess, and pursue enterprise-wide opportunities for digital asset adoption and growth.
  • Provide financial analysis and create detailed business cases for digital asset opportunities, ensuring each initiative is supported by robust financial modeling and clear value propositions.
  • Support the development and evolution of the bank’s digital assets platform, delivering seamless, secure, and scalable experiences for retail and commercial customers.
  • Monitor KPIs aligned with strategic growth, including adoption, retention, transaction volume, and digital asset revenue.
  • Stay informed on digital asset trends, regulatory developments, and customer expectations to inform product direction.
  • Foster collaboration with enterprise data, risk, and compliance teams to ensure alignment, scalability, and shared insights.
  • Communicate the business impact of digital asset initiatives to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Data Science
  • 5+ years of product management experience in digital assets, crypto, blockchain, or financial technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of blockchain, crypto custody, stablecoins, and customer-centric digital platforms.
  • 5+ years experience supporting enterprise-scale digital asset initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Financial services experience with exposure to risk, compliance, and customer experience in digital assets is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Master's Degree

Compensation Range:

Total Base Pay Range 93,000.00 - 189,000.00 USD Annual

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
