As part of our ambition to become the best-performing Regional Bank in America, we are seeking a visionary Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our Digital Assets strategy. This role is at the forefront of innovation—driving how crypto, blockchain, and stablecoins are integrated into our banking ecosystem to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-centric solutions.
Executive Mandate:
This is a high-impact, enterprise-facing role for a seasoned product leader with deep expertise in digital assets. The successful candidate will:
Set and execute a bold vision for digital asset products, including crypto custody, blockchain-based payments, and stablecoin integration.
Lead cross-functional transformation across product, technology, risk, compliance, and operations to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, translating emerging digital asset technologies into competitive advantage.
Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and digital-first thinking across the organization.
Collaborate across Huntington lines of business and functional areas to proactively identify, assess, and pursue enterprise-wide opportunities for digital asset adoption and growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Digital Assets Product Strategy & Leadership
- Architect and evolve the bank’s digital assets platform, delivering seamless, secure, and scalable experiences for retail and commercial customers.
- Drive platform innovation using blockchain, crypto custody, tokenized deposits, and stablecoin rails for payments and settlement.
- Define and monitor KPIs aligned with strategic growth, including adoption, retention, transaction volume, and digital asset revenue.
- Stay ahead of digital asset trends, regulatory developments, and customer expectations to inform strategic direction.
- Work collaboratively across Huntington Enterprise to identify, evaluate, and implement new business opportunities for digital assets, leveraging insights from all departments and customer segments.
- Provide financial analysis and create detailed business cases for digital asset opportunities, ensuring each initiative is supported by robust financial modeling and clear value propositions.
- Enterprise Crypto & Blockchain Transformation
- Develop and lead the bank’s digital assets strategy, aligning with enterprise goals and customer needs.
- Identify high-impact use cases for crypto, blockchain, and stablecoins across customer journeys, payments, and product development.
- Foster collaboration with enterprise data, risk, and compliance leaders to ensure alignment, scalability, and shared insights.
- Measure and communicate the business impact of digital asset initiatives to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Strategic Leadership & Talent Development
- Operate effectively within a matrixed organization, influencing across lines of business and functional areas.
- Set a forward-looking vision for omnichannel engagement across digital and physical channels, leveraging blockchain and digital assets.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams in digital assets, crypto product management, and blockchain strategy.
- Forecast future skill needs and develop organizational capabilities in crypto, blockchain, and stablecoin technologies.
- Serve as a change agent, driving adoption of digital-first thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of product management experience in digital assets, crypto, blockchain, or financial technology.
Preferred Experience
- Proven success in leading enterprise-scale digital asset initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Deep expertise in blockchain, crypto custody, stablecoins, and customer-centric digital platforms.
- Financial services experience with exposure to risk, compliance, and customer experience in digital assets.
- Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, and conversion optimization for crypto and blockchain products.
- Expertise in tokenization, smart contracts, stablecoin integration, and experimental design.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive presence.

Compensation Range:
93,000.00 - 189,000.00 USD AnnualThe compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
