Business Lending Product Manager

Description

Regional Banking is a dynamic and rapidly growing segment of Huntington Bank.  As a member of the Business lending product team you will contribute to the Regional Bank’s goals by creating and deploying pricing strategies as well as developing and adapting products that support balance and revenue growth. We are seeking for a talented and driven professional with experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving, along with strong data and dashboard skilling. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes and reviews products for profitability and recommends changes to maximize profitability
  • Retrieve data and analyze trends to help define strategy and tactics to meet segment goals
  • Effectively visualize and summarize work product for a variety of audiences
  • Key support for our Small Business Branch network
  • Deliver KPIs & standard reporting to Senior Bank leadership
  • Ownership over ad-hoc analysis/insights
  • Maintain awareness of new trends and developments in marketing and products
  • Provide bank personnel with information and training necessary to successfully promote the product to meet expectations
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of financial reporting, data analysis, and/or dashboard development experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, mathematical disciplines, Business Information Systems, or Computer Science
  • Experience or knowledge of business lending or business banking products
  • Working experience in data manipulation tools such as SAS, SQL, R, or Python to query large databases and manipulate large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills including data analysis, complex modeling, and automation using formulas and macros
  • Experience with creating dashboards (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage a queue of deliverables & requests with minimum supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
  • Experience with MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with banking products
