Private Banking Business Analyst II

Summary:

This position is in office 9 am - 6 pm EST

The Private Banking Business Analyst 2 works independently to support Private Banking operations and client-facing colleagues through processing of centralized funds movement and banking services.  

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Processes centralized funds movement requests arising from client activities to ensure accuracy and consistency and ensures all such transactions are timely cleared, including client outreach for wire transfers approvals.
  • Assists with special projects, as requested by manager and partners.  Assists in training new and existing service specialists.  
  • Maintains, monitors, updates assigned business process and/or system
  • Researches problems and takes appropriate action to correct
  • Tests and implements business process and/or system modifications
  • May develop and provides user training for new and existing applications, products and procedures Develops and updates documentation to support policies and procedures.
  • Develops, generates, maintains and monitors reports, files, and/or other data.
  • Responds to questions and may provide specialized support to internal and external customers as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years of Financial Industry experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Total Base Pay Range: $20.00 - $36.50 Hourly


Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)

Compensation Range:

$20.00 - $36.50 Hourly

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
