Summary:

Huntington Bank Capital Markets is searching for a Managing Director of Institutional Investments to deepen and develop Institutional investment relationships. Our new colleague will identify opportunities based on comprehensive knowledge of clients, prospects, market conditions, current product offerings and services.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make sales presentations to existing and prospective clients
  • Develop Institutional relationships for the Huntington Securities, Inc.
  • Leverage expertise in fixed income investment alternatives
  • Facilitate account documentation and trade execution
  • Maintain strict adherence to Compliance obligations

Basic Qualifications:    

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field
  • 10+ years experience in the securities industry with no identified regulatory issues. 
  • NASD Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required

Preferred Qualifications:    

  • Experience addressing Institutional Investments strategies and collaborating across various  Capital Market teams 
  • Successful track record of business building and strategy execution
  • Experienced and successful in cultivating new investment relationships
  • Ability to analyze corporate financial statements and make recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skill set
  • Proficient with Bloomberg, Bloomberg TOMS, and alternative trading systems

Compensation Range:

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
