Sales Performance Manager – Private Bank

Location: Anywhere in footprint. This position is in-office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Implement Sales & Service Strategies
    Collaborate with Wealth Advisors, Portfolio Managers, Trust Advisors and Planners to execute and monitor sales and service initiatives across multiple Private Bank offices.
  • Influence, Deliver and Reinforce Training
    Influence and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for all Private Banking disciplines including Wealth Advisors, Portfolio Managers, Trust Advisors and Planners to reinforce playbook execution and planning led operating model through coaching, workshops, and integration into daily practices.
  • Analyze Performance Metrics
    Review team performance data and pipeline reports to identify coaching needs, operational inefficiencies, and strategic opportunities.
  • Subject Matter Expert for Onboarding & Training
    Guide the design and delivery of onboarding and ongoing training programs covering product knowledge, compliance, and customer experience.
  • Coach Underperforming
    Partner with regional leaders to create and implement performance improvement plans, track progress, and provide targeted coaching.
  • OCR Liaison with Internal Partners
    Act as the point of contact with Regional Bank, Commercial, Vehicle Finance and Retail sales enablement teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and consistent execution of protocols.
  • Provide Expertise on Tools & Processes
    Serve as a resource for systems, tools, and processes that enhance Wealth Advisor productivity and client engagement.
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Communication
    Bridge communication between Private Bank team and internal partners (e.g., Banking and Lending) to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
  • Ensure Compliance & Audit Readiness
    Monitor adherence to regulatory, risk, and operational policies, supporting audit preparedness.
  • Lead Special Projects
    Drive or support initiatives aimed at improving team effectiveness and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Perform Additional Duties
    Take on other responsibilities as assigned to support the broader goals of the organization.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). More than 5 years of experience in Private Banking, sales enablement, or training roles. Strong understanding of wealth management principles and compliance requirements. Exceptional communication, coaching, and facilitation skills, with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Compensation Range:

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
