Project Coordinator

Description

This position is responsible for overseeing the onboarding, development, and engagement program for Commercial Services as well as leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that improve readiness, consistency, and execution, ensuring teams have the structure and support needed to scale and perform effectively. These efforts are designed to provide resources, training, competency, development, career enhancement and/or other learning and development for colleagues and leaders within Commercial Services. This would include development and ownership of our training and onboarding programs, sharepoint resources, and assigned projects. This colleague would also own internal change management efforts for Commercial Services on assigned initiatives. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner and consult with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate programs and resources
  • Develop learning content using a variety of delivery methods including standard training, videos, and more
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of operations, technology, products, policies and procedures as needed to provide effective training and resources
  • Facilitate meetings, programs, and workshops as needed
  • Develop and coordinate new colleague onboarding and maintain access tools
  • Analyze performance trends to identify development offerings that strengthen capability and improve consistency across teams.
  • Establish a cadence of role-based refreshers to ensure teams remain aligned to updated standards, procedures, and expectations
  • Manage SharePoint pages and associated workflows for Commercial Services
  • Develop and deliver change management programs around new initiatives when needed
  • Attend partner meetings when needed to anticipate and support training, development, and change management needs for initiatives
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of learning and development or project management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Strong technical skills including SharePoint, Power Apps, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Cloud

Compensation Range:

$49,925.00 - 92,575.00 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
