Role Overview
The Treasury Management Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive growth, client engagement, and revenue across treasury solutions. This role partners closely with product, sales, and brand teams to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies across treasury management solutions, including payables, receivables, liquidity, and digital capabilities
- Partner with product and sales leadership to translate business priorities into actionable marketing plans that drive pipeline and client adoption
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy, including messaging, positioning, channel strategy, and performance tracking
- Ensure alignment with enterprise brand standards while enabling speed and flexibility to meet line of business needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing assets, including thought leadership, sales enablement tools, and client-facing content
- Identify opportunities to optimize client acquisition, cross-sell, and retention through data-driven insights and market trends
- Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Establish and track KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and continuously optimize performance
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within financial services or treasury management
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of treasury products and commercial banking client needs
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple dependencies
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities

Compensation Range:
93,000.00 - 189,000.00 USD AnnualThe compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
