Director of Enterprise Investment Analysis and Reporting

Description

Responsible for enhancing & maintaining the Enterprise Investments framework, including analysis, prioritization and reporting on technology development, marketing, strategic personnel additions, and branch/franchise investments.

This role is a fast paced, deadline driven position, often requiring participation or leading large complex projects. This leader partners with key colleagues across the FP&A, Technology and Revenue Segment organizations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Drive the framework, analysis, reporting, decision making for (expense & capital) investment across the corporation to align with and recommend change to longer-term strategic priorities

Provide Sr. Leadership, segment CFOs and administrative groups with investment prioritization framework in an understandable & actionable format

Implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of financial processes and create solutions for data needs in a changing reporting environment

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, or Engineering

12 or more years of finance or risk management experience ·

Preferred Qualifications

MBA in Finance or Accounting

CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and MS Excel

Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels

Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop team members

Compensation Range:

$125000-255000 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
