Strategic Opportunity
As part of our ambition to become the best-performing regional bank in America, we are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Product Leader to own the strategy, delivery, and growth of our Digital Assets platform. This role sits at the intersection of blockchain innovation, regulated financial services, and product-led growth, shaping how digital assets create real, measurable value for customers and the enterprise.
You will define how crypto, blockchain, tokenized deposits, and stablecoin rails are discovered, adopted, and scaled across retail and commercial customer journeys—while ensuring security, compliance, and enterprise readiness.
Executive Mandate
This is a high-impact, enterprise-facing leadership role for a seasoned product executive who combines strategic vision with operational rigor. You will:
· Set and execute a bold digital assets vision, spanning custody, blockchain-based payments, tokenization, and stablecoin integration.
· Own product outcomes end-to-end, from 0-to-1 innovation through scaled adoption, retention, and revenue impact.
· Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating emerging digital asset technologies into defensible competitive advantage.
· Lead through influence and talent, building high-performing teams and cross-functional alignment across product, technology, risk, compliance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Assets Product Strategy & Growth
· Architect and evolve the bank’s digital assets platform to deliver secure, scalable, and intuitive customer experiences.
· Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases across acquisition, activation, payments, settlement, and lifecycle engagement.
· Define and own clear product success metrics, including adoption, activation, retention, transaction volume, and digital asset revenue.
· Build and continuously refine the product roadmap using customer insights, data, experimentation, and regulatory awareness.
Enterprise Transformation & Execution
· Lead cross-functional delivery across engineering, data, risk, compliance, legal, and operations to bring digital asset products to market.
· Partner closely with enterprise stakeholders to ensure solutions are compliant by design and scalable by default.
· Develop robust business cases and financial models to support investment decisions and executive prioritization.
· Measure, communicate, and iterate on the business impact of digital asset initiatives with transparency and rigor.
Experimentation, Analytics & Decision-Making
· Establish a strong experimentation and learning culture, leveraging pilots, MVPs, and data-driven iteration.
· Use quantitative and qualitative insights to optimize customer journeys and accelerate time-to-value.
· Balance long-term platform bets with near-term opportunities for measurable growth and efficiency.
Strategic Leadership & Talent Development
· Build, mentor, and scale high-performing product teams specializing in digital assets and blockchain.
· Set clear standards for product excellence, operating cadence, and accountability.
· Forecast future skill needs and develop enterprise capabilities in crypto, blockchain, and stablecoin technologies.
· Act as a change agent, championing digital-first, customer-centric, and outcome-driven thinking across the organization.
Required Qualifications
· 10+ years of progressive product management experience across fintech, digital platforms, or emerging technologies.
· Proven success delivering enterprise-scale products with measurable customer and financial impact.
· Deep expertise in blockchain, crypto custody, stablecoins, and regulated financial environments.
· Bachelors degree.
Preferred Qualifications
· Master’s degree

Compensation Range:
170,000.00 - 350,000.00 Annual SalaryThe compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
