Connected Deposits Manager

Description

Summary

The TM Service & Onboarding Specialist – Connected Deposits is responsible for ensuring all Treasury Management (TM) services required to support Connected Deposits customers are properly set up, activated, and documented.

This role works in close conjunction with the Connected Deposits Solutions Consultant, who owns customer solutioning, technical implementation, and Connected Deposits platform setup. While the Solutions Consultant configures the Connected Deposits product itself, this role ensures the surrounding TM ecosystem (accounts, documentation, service requests, entitlements, limits, and operational readiness) is complete and aligned for a successful go‑live.

The role is operationally focused, process‑driven, and designed to support scalable, repeatable onboarding as Connected Deposits grows.

Key Responsibilities

TM Service Setup & Onboarding Execution

  • Own the Treasury Management side of onboarding for Connected Deposits customers.
  • Own and coordinate the commercial deposit account opening process required to support Connected Deposits, including master account setup and related account structures.
  • Ensure all required TM services, accounts, and authorizations are established correctly and on time.
  • Submit, track, and complete TM onboarding and maintenance requests using standard TM Service & Onboarding tools and processes.
  • Validate internal and client readiness prior to go‑live.

Cross‑Functional Coordination

  • Partner closely with the Connected Deposits Solutions Consultant to align TM setup timelines with product implementation milestones.
  • Coordinate closely with Regulatory Onboarding and deposit operations teams to ensure account opening timelines align with Connected Deposits implementation milestones.
  • Coordinate across TM Sales, Operations, Technology, Regulatory Onboarding, and Risk teams to resolve dependencies.
  • Clearly document handoffs between TM onboarding activities and Connected Deposits product activities.

Operational Readiness, Controls & Documentation

  • Maintain a single source of truth for TM onboarding steps, owners, status, and evidence.
  • Apply and track onboarding SLAs and key milestones.
  • Ensure account opening activities, approvals, and supporting documentation are properly captured and retained to support audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure onboarding activity is auditable, repeatable, and compliant with internal TM and risk standards.
  • Contribute to standardized onboarding checklists, templates, and procedures.

Client & Internal Partner Support

  • Serve as the primary TM onboarding contact for Connected Deposits customers post‑sale.
  • Support client enablement activities such as documentation completion, training coordination, and activation verification.
  • Provide clear status updates and escalate issues as needed.

BAU Servicing & Post‑Go‑Live Support

  • Support TM servicing needs post‑activation and coordinate with the Solutions Consultant on platform‑related issues.
  • Help transition customers into steady state TM servicing once onboarding is complete.
