Summary:
The Card Origination Product Manager II is responsible for ensuring a stable, efficient, and compliant operational environment for Card origination platform(s) within Zoot. This role ensures credit policy and regulatory requirements are accurately translated and implemented within origination systems, while adhering to established operational and change‑management procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates credit strategy system enhancements in partnership with key stakeholders, managing all phases of delivery—including drafting change requests, defining and documenting requirements, executing and validating testing, performing production validation, and ensuring successful implementation through effective cross‑functional collaboration.
- Maintains a strong and reliable operational environment for the Zoot platforms by ensuring adherence to established operational procedures for reporting, table changes, and issue management.
- Supports resolution of customer or underwriter‑impacting production issues, working proactively to minimize disruption and ensure system reliability. Works with management to provide thorough root‑cause analysis and driving timely remediation activities.
- Partners with management to support timely and complete responses for QA, Internal Audit, Compliance, and external examinations, ensuring all documentation fully addresses examiner inquiries.
- Collaborate with business systems analysts, architects, developers, and QA testers to decompose features into user stories and actively participate in refinement sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication, alignment, and partnership across teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of digital/technology product or program management, preferably in financial services
Preferred Qualifications
- New customer acquisition and on-boarding experience
- Experience working Card products (Debit, Credit, other card-based payment products)
- Strong attention to detail, focus on process
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to critically analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and make recommendations to remediate issues
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for financial institutions and products
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with SQL and/or SAS

Compensation Range:
$57,000 - $113,000 Annual SalaryThe compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
